Scope drives cost. A small store on Basic Shopify is simpler than a Plus store with thousands of SKUs, so the number moves with your Shopify plan, catalog size, and integrations. You get a firm number before anything starts.

Can I combine a build, a plan, and upgrades?

Yes, and most brands do. A build gets the store right, a monthly plan keeps it healthy, and one-time upgrades handle focused projects like CRO or accessibility when you want them.

Three: a new store build starting at $3,500, a replatform or migration starting at $5,000, and a theme rebuild on your existing Shopify catalog starting at $2,500.

Not if it's done properly. URLs, redirects, metadata, and structured data are mapped before launch so the equity you've built carries over.

Pricing depends on your Shopify plan and catalog size. A small store on Basic Shopify is simpler to maintain than a Plus store with thousands of SKUs, so the retainer adjusts accordingly.

No. Upgrades are standalone and priced per project with no monthly commitment. They stack cleanly on top of a maintenance plan if you already have one.
